GateKeeper reminder

Don't forget that GateKeeper needs a member function to return the ID of
the home document for its club.  I don't know if we need a special worktype
for the public club home document, but in our discussion we decided upon
an unordered orgl to match "club name" strings to club IDs to allow front-ends
to request the right club gatekeeper.
  I'm not sure what will be contained in the private club home documents
either, but I plan to attach links to it so the front-end can locate the
the user's (club's) documents.
