In the usual places. (releases/next, files9/markm-transfer/sep19).
Enjoy.  All the mechanism (including makefiles) is there for running
regression tests on febe stuff both linked in and over a stubble
connection, but is waiting until we get the include situation
straightened out so that febe doesn't include anything from server.
The acid test is whether you can link febe/febeu.exe without getting
undefineds.  If you try to fix this, feel free to make
FebeTester::remoteBoot a smalltalkOnly method.
