:zz: GOOD AND BAD NEWS about editing ZZ at Keio

Well, I just went to CNS and told them about zz0.54
 being the fix we need.

GOOD NEWS:  They said they'd install it.

BAD NEWS:  But not till Monday.

Till then, if there are problems, try rlogin on a different
 Keio Unix machine, or go sit at a different Keio Unix machine
 if you can.
